T. Alan Claypool, MA, PMP – Speaker, Executive Strategist, Behavioral Expert, Author
T. Alan Claypool is the President and Founder of TAC₄ Solutions. He works directly with business owners and helps them eliminate workplace drama so they get the most out of their people. TAC₄ Solutions has a step-by-step process that everyone can buy into so that the team now drives itself rather than having to be driven. The upshot is that the business gets easier to manage, and the bottom line shows it because everyone is moving in the same direction.
As an executive strategist and behavioral expert, Alan matches his relational skill of building trust and conflict resolution with his technical skill of project management, data flow, software architecture, and continuous improvement. He focuses on improving organizational health and creating more cohesive teams.
He developed the Nine Ground Rules for Cohesive Team Behavior™ and the Sound of Clarity™ that the company uses on all culture change and project management projects to help clients work in the same direction toward common goals.
Prior to starting TAC₄, Alan was a Principal Consultant for 13 years at Utilities International Inc., a Chicago consulting company specializing in financial software for utility companies.
